The best way to understand what works and what does not work is - to observe how people use the product. Particular users of a certain product audience are invited to participate in the testing. They are asked to perform a number of tasks with the product or prototype. Users and their activities are monitored and recorded. Test moderator takes notes and asks questions.

You will take part in identification of the audience, preparing the tasks and selecting the participants. Our experienced moderators will carry out tests and prepare a detailed list of usability problems with explanations and recommendations on how to solve them.
